Seeking a Deck/Stew for a 38m private, U.S.-flagged motor yacht with a home port in Seattle.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for longevity and stability in a well-run, private program. When the owner is not onboard, the schedule is TYPICALLY Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and rotated watch schedules. But as with all roles, you need to be open/flexible to hours, days, and holidays. Would really suit a candidate that is local to the area. 

Position Details:

• Home port: Seattle, USA
• Shoreside crew accommodation provided
• Start date: Within 1–2 weeks
• Salary $4,250-$5,500 DOE

Requirements:

• U.S. citizen or legal to work in the U.S.
• Strong dual-role experience (deck + interior)
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Looking for a long-term position
• Comfortable working in colder climates
• Local candidates preferred
• Must pass drug test and background check
• NDA will be signed
