Chief Stewardess – 38m Private M/Y

Seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess for a 38m private, U.S. flagged motor yacht with a home port in Seattle.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for longevity and stability within a well-run private program. The vessel operates with a Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule,when the owners aren't onboard. However, flexibility is essential and will vary depending on owner usage.

Home port: Seattle, USA
Shoreside crew accommodation provided
Start date: Within 1 to 2 weeks
Salary: $5,500 to $6,500 DOE

Responsibilities:

Full interior management and organization
Service, housekeeping, and laundry
Provisioning, inventory, and budgeting support
Positive leadership
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
Ensuring smooth guest experience when owners are onboard

Requirements:

U.S. citizen or legally able to work in the U.S.
Proven Chief Stewardess experience on similar-sized yachts
Team management skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Positive, professional, and calm under pressure
Comfortable working in colder climates
Local candidates preferred
Must pass drug test and background check
NDA required
