We're seeking an experienced and professional 200-ton Captain for a 110 foreign-flagged private motor yacht. This vessel runs with a crew of four. Northeast in the summers and winters in South Florida and the Bahamas.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a valid 200-ton license (USCG or MCA equivalent accepted)

• Strong navigational and operational skills in both U.S. and Bahamian waters

• Previous experience running similar-sized vessels with crew operations

• Confident leading a small team and creating a positive onboard culture

• Professional, hands-on, and guest-service oriented

Responsibilities Include:

• Safe operation and navigation of the yacht

• Oversight of all maintenance and mechanical schedules

• Managing crew and ensuring a high standard of service and safety

• Working closely with the owner on itinerary planning and preferences

Compensation:

• $12,000 USD/month,
