Position: Chef 90 ft US Flagged M/Y (Private & Charter)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 

Start Date: Mid-September to Mid-November

A 90 ft U.S.-flagged motor yacht is seeking a talented  Chef to join their team of 5 crew. The yacht runs both private and charter, accommodating up to 10 guests, with an average of 11 trips per season (a mix of owner use and charter).

Itinerary:

  • Summer: U.S. Northeast

  • Winter: Caribbean

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Culinary degree or formal training required

  • Confident working in a small galley environment

  • Experienced in a wide variety of international cuisines

  • Strong organizational skills; clean and efficient working style

  • Knowledge of accounts and budgeting 

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
