Job Summary

We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers in the Milwaukee, WI area for a regional driving position offering $2,100 in fixed weekly compensation, regular home time, and weekends at home.

Drivers operate primarily throughout Wisconsin and Illinois, hauling 100% no-touch dry van and refrigerated freight in late-model automatic trucks.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced drivers who prefer regional operations over extended OTR schedules while maintaining consistent weekly compensation.

Pay & Benefits

• $2,100 fixed weekly pay (1099 contractor)
• Weekly direct deposit
• $150 layover pay
• $25 detention pay after 2 hours
• Assigned 2025–2027 Volvo or Freightliner trucks
• Automatic transmissions
• 100% no-touch freight
• Approximately 70% drop-and-hook on dry van loads
• Pet policy available

Schedule & Home Time

• Regional routes throughout Wisconsin and Illinois
• Home every second or third night, depending on dispatch
• Home every weekend for a 34-hour reset
• Approximately 3,200 miles per week
• No New York City deliveries

Important: This is not a home-daily position.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 23 years old
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable accident in the past 3 years
• No DUI/DWI or felony convictions
• Valid DOT medical card
• No SAP history accepted
