Job Location: Visalia
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8 hours
Position Overview and Key Responsibilities:
4Creeks is seeking a Superintendent to work under the direction of a Project Manager. This position will be primarily fieldwork. Responsibilities for this position would include:
Project Supervision & Site Operations
- Perform project supervision under the direction of the Project Manager
- Oversee daily operations at project sites
- Self-perform trades as directed by the Project Manager
- Manage site security
Subcontractor & Team Coordination
- Assist in managing the work of subcontractors and other support staff
- Coordinate subcontractor scheduling
Quality Control & Constructability
- Assist in quality control and quality assurance for projects
- Participate in constructability reviews
Safety Management
- Maintain job site safety
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
- Maintain daily log reports
- Perform project picture logging
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Lifting: Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects, including lifting, carrying, and positioning materials
- Walking: Move about on foot to accomplish tasks, including long distances and travel between work sites

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
- Willing to work with a team, ability to be flexible and self-starting, able to make our clients and guests feel welcome
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
The salary will be determined by the candidates skill and experience level and highly competitive with industry standards. The benefits package includes employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), and performance bonuses. The expected pay range for this position is $73,000/annually to $115,000/annually.
