We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound sales efforts through lead generation, cold calling, and multi-channel outreach. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building prospect lists, and initiating contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and book meetings for the sales team. Key responsibilities include researching and generating leads using online tools and databases, conducting high-volume cold calls, sending targeted outreach messages, qualifying prospects, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Zoho. The SDR will be expected to follow up consistently with leads and work towards defined KPIs including daily outreach activity, response rates, and meeting bookings. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or customer outreach, with strong English communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone. Candidates should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and outbound sales tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation, sales, or cold calling
  • Strong English communication (spoken & written)
  • Confident on the phone
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Reliable internet and ability to work remotely

Working Hours

  • Minimum: 10 hours/week
  • Preferred: 20–40 hours/week

Contract Terms

  • 6-month contract (rolling)
  • 3-month probation
