About the job Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for Hospital and Ambulatory sales, strategic planning, and marketing. The Account Executive Reports to the VP of Sales and collaborates with Directors of Staffing and peers on overall sales strategies and execution. The Account Executive is responsible for knowing all company offerings and applying them appropriately to each customer. Offerings include: Nursing, Allied, Locums, Revenue Cycle, MSP, and Technology solutions. The Account Executive also keeps up with industry trends and provides data and real time reporting to current and prospective customers. The Account Executive will be responsible for opening positions and engaging acute fulfillment recruiters on req fills and service delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drives weekly sales activity and hits associated metrics, and is accountable to results on goals set by applicable leadership
- Develops direct sales pursuit plans and targets approved accounts behind that plan
- Responsible for contract creation and manages the contractual process through full execution and client activation
- Partners with the Operations and Recruitment teams through teaching, coaching and directing the national recruitment team members
- Works hand-in-hand with other members of the department after contract has been established, maintaining and overseeing working client relationships
- Markets to Directors, Managers, CFOs, Human Resources, procurement, or to any other end user who could use our offerings in the acute and ambulatory settings of hospitals
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with these and other healthcare industry professionals
- Consults internal and external clients on the benefits of outsourced acute staff
- Generates new sales/contract leads
- Sells to national or regional companies by performing a high volume of outbound calls, utilizing multi-touch marketing campaign(s), etc.
- Consistently models the company's philosophy of customer service and compliance
- Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience required
- Three (3) years of sales experienced required
- Must be highly motivated and self-directed
- Strong organizational skills required
- Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required
- Computer proficiency required
