  • relevant occupational /professional qualification e.g. social work, social care, teaching, health, child care etc.

Desirable

  • Level 3 CMI (Leadership & Management) or above
  • Certification in Coaching or mentoring

Demonstrates substantial experience as a manager and leader, three years plus at middle leadership levels

2. Experience in delivering training and supporting learners through development programmes ideally delivering Leadership and Management programmes.

3. Proven track record of successfully managing change and service/practice improvement.

4. Demonstrates an ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of training programs

5. Experience of supporting the development of others and understanding learning needs

6. Experience of providing supervision, coaching or mentoring to others

7. Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, external agencies, and other stakeholders

8. Experience of supporting, managing and assess learners on development programmes

9. Experience in designing and delivering training programs that drive engagement and skill development. Desirably within children's social care services.
