We are seeking a motivated French-Speaking Sales Representative to join our Lisbon-based team. In this role, you’ll connect with French-speaking clients to offer personalized solutions that meet their insurance needs. This position is hybrid and requires local candidates, as no relocation package is offered. If you’re passionate about customer engagement and sales, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with French-speaking clients: Establish relationships with new and existing clients over phone, email, and online channels, providing a professional and customer-centered experience.
- Identify client needs: Listen to and assess each client’s specific requirements to recommend appropriate solutions that align with their personal or business insurance needs.
- Present and recommend insurance products: Clearly explain various coverage options, benefits, and pricing to help clients make informed decisions.
- Close sales: Convert client inquiries into confirmed sales, consistently working to meet or exceed set sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records: Keep client information and sales interactions updated in the CRM, ensuring smooth, organized workflow and client tracking.
- Provide follow-up and support: Remain a point of contact for clients, assisting with post-sale inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Continuous learning: Participate in training to stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French: Native or near-native proficiency in French is essential for client communications.
- English: While beneficial, English is not a requirement for this role.
- Local Residency: Candidates must be based in the Lisbon area due to the hybrid nature of the role, which requires some in-office presence. Relocation assistance is not provided.
- Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential. We welcome candidates enthusiastic about developing in a sales-focused environment.
