RESPONSIBILITIES
Presentation Design
Able to communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients to define the concept and storyline of the presentation
Designing, editing and laying out information in a variety of PowerPoint templates; from day-to-day project status updates, to case studies, to executive product and sales pitch decks to event presentations
Collaborating effectively with partners, consultants and team members to create compelling presentations
Create infographics and charts within slides Integrate and manage animated and interactive elements into presentation
Adhere to brand guidelines within design work and able to extrapolate brand guidelines when none are provided to apply to presentations
Contributes to graphics production, illustrations and is accountable for high quality of standards
Able to research and selects graphic or photographic materials for presentation materials
Able to interview stakeholders to gather appropriate content for the presentations
Manages and maintains presentations files and templates
Manages deadlines and escalates risks as needed, ensure presentations are delivered on time and accurate to brief
Explores new ways to create presentations through new tools, explores new sources of photography and illustrations
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team with the flexibility to adapt to the changing dynamics and business needs.
Graphics Design Support
Able to support team on design related client deliverables (e.g. persona illustrations or visual customer journey maps)
Able to support team for production digital design tasks (e.g. digital style guide creation)
Able to support the team for internal marketing tasks (e.g. social media banners, corporate swag, email event banners)
REQUIREMENTS
2 years of presentation design experience, 2+ years of graphic design experience
Experienced in having worked with Pre-sales, Marketing team or in-house creative design teams. Experience in developing marketing and promotional assets and collaterals [infographics, print collaterals, flyers, brochures, posters, social media banners/ posts, etc].
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Figma and Adobe Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier and After Effects.
Strong design sense and attention to details
A precise eye for typography, colors and page layout
Understanding and practical applications of storytelling skills is preferred (such as on your own portfolio)
Experience working with video, motion graphics and illustrations are beneficial
A client-centric mentality, can-do attitude
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
Bachelors degree (B.A.) in Graphic Design or related discipline and a minimum one (1) year relevant experience in the design field.
