About the job Digital Marketing cum E-Commerce
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, plan and execute shoots and productions, edit social media assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, other emerging social media channels, online shops and websites
- Publish and share daily content to produce graphic artwork and publishing elements for poster designs, advertisements, website, marketing materials distribution through various channels
- Monitor social media channels traffic flow and engagement for company presence on social media.
- Manage & monitoring of company website and shopping platforms such as Lazada, Shoppe and online shops
- Manage & process shipment for online orders
- Implement new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- Responsible for handling customers enquiries, and contract review activities Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites
Requirements
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and online sales Familiar with social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva & Adobe Illustrator)
- Basic copywriting skills to produce content for the website, and social media platforms
- Understand basic web design (WordPress)
- Understand MS Excel and Word skills with the ability to present information
- Ability to work independently and collaborate between multiple stakeholders as a team to meet objectives or timeline set
- Excellent communication skills, cooperative team player, passionate learner, driven, adaptable and proactive
- Self-starter with sense of responsibility and initiative, ability to work autonomously
- Good written and communication skills in English Language, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Fresh graduates with relevant Degree / Diploma in Marketing, IT or related courses are welcome
