Job Description

Primary Objective:

Handling of the Product includes Hire Purchase and Green Loan ESG initiative and to grow the two portfolios

Design, development, implementation and support of critical reports such as Excel Reports, and other tools working with cross-functional teams, departments and countries related to the two portfolios

To handle all RSME loans inclusive of the management decks and review assessment. This includes the liaising with both internal and external stakeholders from Business Control, Sales Heads to Corporate Banking and Group

Ensure timely reporting to relevant business partners and external parties (e.g. Enterprise Singapore & MAS etc.)

Manage day-to-day needs of the management

To buddy Deposit Product Manger on his MIS related reporting such as Revenue and Productivity reports

Able to work independently and be self-motivated

Good interpersonal skills

Any ad-hoc duties such as ad-hoc reports requests pertaining to but not limited to revenue, costs, kpi setting etc

Handling of all marketing related task and ad-hoc marketing events

Key Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities

Producing key regulatory and bank reports.

Coordinate the submission of memos / notice to various department timeliness (e.g Finance, Manco, LRD etc)

Coordinator for the internal and external parties such as sales, sales support teams to finance team etc, and represents the Product teams executives in department meeting.

Mentoring and coaching of colleagues and staff in the Product Team and problem solving when they have issue on their work assignments. To shorten the process of month end reporting for them to concentrate on more meaningful task.

Provide a leadership and guidance to the whole team to ensure all are align with Company guidelines. Also build good relationships building between and handle marketing activities of the department.

Others

Provide information for ad-hoc reports/surveys from authorities.

Qualifications

Minimum degree in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Experienced in MIS-related reporting activities.

Able to work independently on tight timeline as well as in a team.

Proactive, energetic and result oriented.
