The Regional Account Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing the sales strategy for APAC Region. This is a key role in a high-growth environment, our ideal candidate is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to positively impact the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Sales Director alongside building collaborative and influential partnerships with Distributors and Retailers to execute the APAC sales vision and grow distribution and profitability
  • Engage with Distributors in Joint Business Plan negotiations, methodically track performance, drive correction plans and incremental opportunities to ensure annual Sales and Profitability targets are met
  • Drive commercial negotiations with Distributors and Retailers to maximize investments, distribution, location, range, NPD launches and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing function to plan and deliver seasonal/annual launch and brand plans with Retailers
  • Actively manage and update regional assortment and pricing corridors to ensure consistent brand execution and maximize Sales opportunities
  • Build, track and adjust annual forecasts alongside close monitoring of trade stock levels and sales performance
  • Manage supply and shipment plans with Supply Chain function to ensure alignment to annual Marketing and Sales plans
  • Build on data insights and market intelligence to propose and support development of incremental Business Development opportunities
  • Support training of Retail teams and drive execution standards to drive brand equity and sales

Work with Headquarter guidelines to:

  • Develop optimal solutions between Global Practices & Regional/Local needs for best business outcomes
  • Develop sales, allocation, and promotional spending guidelines
  • Assign goals to each field team member and supervise the progress towards their achievement.
  • Ensure Sales & Profit Targets are met as per budgets

Key Requirements:

  • Beauty industry experience and strong affinity for Luxury Goods
  • Strong track record of collaborating and driving win-win partnerships with external Partners to build successful businesses
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills both internally and externally; ability to build connections, partnerships, and influence to deliver results
  • Customer focused with expertise understanding Partners and their customers needs to build tailored and highly effective plans
  • Highly entrepreneurial with a start-up mentality, at ease working with ambiguity and within a lean support structure
  • Passionate and motivated by delivering and tangibly seeing results along with a strong ownership mindset
  • Highly competent in Sales fundamentals; planning, closely tracking performance, adapting and modifying, building recommendations and executing flawlessly
  • Strong understanding of APAC cultural diversity underpinned with experience working with multiple markets across APAC
  • Able to work independently and confident navigating complex and ambiguous scenarios
  • Creative thinker with solution orientated mindset
  • Analytical thinker, comfortable managing and analyzing financial and market data and strategically aware
  • Excels in collaborative work and thinking
