AVP, Radiology

The role:

This role oversees the business and operations of Parkway Radiologys outpatient entity, Medi-Rad Associates Ltd, ensuring seamless delivery of diagnostic and interventional imaging services to patients to the highest standards of clinical, service and operational excellence, leveraging the latest advancements in imaging and health tech.

As a member of the senior leadership team of Parkway Radiology, the role is responsible for driving the strategic goals and objectives of Parkway Radiology in response to current market forces and future trends.

Key Results Areas:

• Provides leadership in the Company, reinforcing our position as the leading private radiology service provider and Employer of Choice
• Leads a high performing, diverse team of allied health, nursing and support staff, centering on employee engagement and productivity
• Drives financial and non-financial outcomes for the Company
• Manages and allocates resources across different facilities to optimize capacity
• Upholds clinical and service quality with an emphasis on continuous improvement
• Drives strategic initiatives and transformative projects and pursue growth opportunities for the Company
• Builds and maintains effective working relationship with internal stakeholders and external customers

Requirements and Preferences:

• Degree in management, business administration or health sciences. MBA a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing diverse, large teams
• Ability to think strategically and execute meticulously
• Sharp business acumen
• Passion for continuous improvement and digitization
• Healthcare management experience preferred
