1. Compensation & Benefits
Establish, review and propose changes to compensation and benefits programme; Plan and execute annual salary review, promotion and bonus payments; Perform benchmarking studies and present findings; Plan and communicate changes
2. Payroll, Benefits and Time Attendance Management
Direct contact with payroll and benefits outsourced vendors; prepare monthly transaction and update files to vendors; check data provided and vendors compliance with stipulated guidelines; monitor complaints from employees and vendors response
3. Management Reports and Surveys
Master the master HR database via Meta4 and ensure data completeness and accuracy; prepare management reports and provide data and trends analysis; perform job matching for salary surveys, collate and provide data to the service provider
4. Performance & Talent Management
Plan, execute and manage performance review and people review exercises; Deploy changes based on corporate guidelines; Ensure the realization of action plans
5. HR Policies and Procedures
Establish policies and procedures to govern human resource management and staffing practices; Review and update procedures periodically; Gather market information on human resource practices, staffing guidelines and recommend enhancements
6. Global Mobility and Work Right Administration
Handling expatriate and in-patriate, international internship and V.I.E (French Government's Management trainee Programme); handling all relocation related administrations ensure positive employee experience
