Job Description
As an E-commerce Business Analyst, you will drive insights and connecting customer, sales, web analytics and logistics-data to optimize decisions. You work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. Maximizing OMNI profitable net sales, customer base, customer experience and day-to-day sales operations in your e-com markets. Planning, forecasting, and following up on selling in sales market together with commercial leads and sales market management.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive net sales and day-to day operations and executions in your e-com markets
- Full understanding of your sales situation through sales and customer behavior analysis
- Identify opportunities and threats for your sales markets based on biggest sales/customer impact and drive towards the team
- Drive total conversion based on customer need and behavior to optimize daily/hourly profitable selling by delivering insights and suggestions to sales market team and other relevant stakeholders
- Follow up on total sales market reduction strategy based on the regional strategy to optimize profitable short and long-term selling and customer growth
- Drive selling with products and logistical capacity as key focus areas
- Follow up the final customer offer for the sales markets, apply learnings of coming actions
- Set sales plan together with E-com sales market manager on Sales, pcs/order and avg price on weekly and daily level
- Evaluate selling daily and hourly versus plans and deliver insights to relevant stakeholders (Commercial team, logistics, customer activation and regional merch)
- Evaluate and optimize commercial activations from a sales and profit perspective taking all costs into account including logistics reductions and other costs
- Drive new way of working within analytics in the sales and operations team connecting web, receipt, customer, and logistics data
- Provide analytical support to the full team to further develop its capabilities
- Create templates and tools to optimize daily operations in the team
Qualifications
Your skills and background:
- 2+ years of E-commerce experience is a merit
- University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Fashion
- Proven E-commerce knowledge
- Strong analytical profile which can transfer complex analysis into easily actionable insights to all relevant stakeholders
- Strong interest in data
- Previous experience within web analytics is a merit as well as Google Analytics skills
- Sales driven and had a strong commercial awareness, salesmanship for day-to-day optimization of site and product performance
- Strong in driving results and constantly improving ways of working
- Strong results in HOW - a true ambassador of H&Ms values
- Strong communication skills
- Very good skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
- Flexibility and adaptable to change, a strategic mindset
- IT System understanding and competence
- Experience within fast moving consumer goods is a merit
- Meriting with competence within omni ways of working
Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Singapore. You will become a part of the E-commerce team and report directly to the Head of Ecommerce & Visual Merchandising Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines.
