Roles & Responsibilities

Vital Skills and Qualities Required:

  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce/ Business Administration or equivalent
  • Self-motivated and confident with the ability to work on own initiative to manage time effectively and meet challenging targets and deadlines successfully
  • Familiarity and inclination towards working with numbers with an understanding of sales reporting with solid attention to detail Familiarity with negotiation, upselling and other sales tactics
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills are essential
  • 1-2 years of experience working in customer service preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing sales quotations based on requirements and/or specifications provided by the Product Manager / Technical Consultant Incorporate with channel partners in developing, building pipelines, and closing deals
  • Develop a strong working relationship with vendors and partners, with regular communication and be available to support their needs as required
  • Resolve sales and operational-related problems, by communicating with the relevant parties and providing administrative support to ensure the timely logging of orders
  • Track weekly product sales GP and provide a summary report to reporting manager
  • Making cold calls to partners/ customers for any new product launches, seminars or events
  • Assist in providing materials relating to marketing, and also information that could help in designing a market plan
  • Assisting with ad-hoc office tasks
