Senior Network Architect Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• To design and implement network solution in conjunction with cybersecurity solution to a simulator system.
• You are responsible to communicate closely with project team and vendors to support business units to deliver simulator system.
• You will participate and contribute in the entire network and cybersecurity design and implementation process for the simulator system.
• Responsibilities includes the following areas,
  • Network design and IP configuration according to project requirements
  • Participate in cybersecurity solution design and advise to project team
  • Liaising with and managing vendors to deliver networking solution and/or services.
  • Supporting project milestones and presentation
  • Supporting project deliverables and documentation in network design.
• Involved in design, implementation, documentation, testing and troubleshooting of network infrastructure solution.
• You will be part of a system engineering team and responsible for the area of networks architecting and implementation.
• Senior position includes responsibility as team lead/manager of networks and cybersecurity team to effectively manage the team to support various project(s).
• Performs any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or senior management

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Engineering, Networks, Cybersecurity or related fields
• At least 10 years of experience in ICT systems network and/or cybersecurity implementation. Candidates with lesser years of experience may be considered for junior positions.
• Preferably to have project experience in multiple network technologies like Cisco, Alcatel, Arista, network virtualization / cloud infrastructure, network automation etc.
• Knowledge and/or experience in cybersecurity and ICT system administration.
• Certification in network engineering (e.g. CCNA) is preferred.
• Knowledge or certification in cybersecurity (e.g. CISSP) would be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to act independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Proven leadership qualities to manage and guide team would be advantageous.
