Finance Executive

This role will cover the following responsibilities:

• In charge of overall financial accounting & billing team
• Liaising with internal and external auditors, tax agent to ensure conformance
• To ensure accurate and timely provisions are made for monthly expenditure, accruals and accounts payable through consultation with functional heads.
• To provide financial management input or expertise for cross-functional projects as required
• To liaise with all business entities to ensure accuracy and completeness of all intercompany transactions
• Cash Management, to ensure all payments made on time and customer collection meets target.

To be successful for this role, the following is required:

• Minimum a Diploma in Accounting/ Finance
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• 1-2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting is an added value
• Exposure and experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain operations is an added value
• Must be willing to be based in Bayan Lepas
