Key Accountabilities:

  1. Demand Planning
  2. Inventory Management

Demand Planning :

  • Creating 3-years supply strategies "How do we ensure optimized supply for the region?"
  • Define forecasts in different time horizons to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
  • Ensure good availability of products for sport users across omni-channels
  • Maintain all supply related parameters and master data in relevant planning systems
  • Implement supply strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction.
  • Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as category management, marketing, finance, production, or quality.
  • Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements (Delivery On Time)
  • Work in collaboration with the procurement team on Request For Quotation, SnOP contract and Lead Time optimization.
  • Responsible for your category performance (by markets, segments, margin) vs set KPIs

Inventory Management :

  • Manage the stock lifetime in an efficient manner to ensure profitability of your category.
  • Develop stock optimization policies based on demand and stock flow parameters for good stock rotation.
  • Manage the product life cycle and interseason stock.

What you will need to be successful in the role

  • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Have a passion for sports
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Have good Business & Entrepreneurial acumen and user/customer-centric
