Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the companys business strategies to ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
• Provide strategic advice and leadership on decision making issues for partnerships
• Oversee business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and direction
• Evaluate companys financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.
• Develop strategic partnership with key stakeholders and effectively manage the shareholders
• Lead and build a high performing management team to lead key departments and manage strategic business functions.
• Represent the company at corporate events and conferences to strengthen the brand and communicate the companys message
