About the job HR & Admin Officer
Job Scope
- Support and administrate recruitment and selection process
- Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Manage employee P-File;
- Proper filing, maintain and update employee records (including workers housing address in MOM portal)
- Support payroll processes and leave administration
- Administrate work pass application
- Verification of claims
- Supporting in other assigned administrative duties
Requirement
- GCE O level with relevant experience or Diploma in Business or HR Management
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Able to work on 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
