Sales & Marketing Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial sales team globally through inside sales, customer service and technical support
• Engage with customers to answer questions, resolve issues and follow-up on inquiries by phone & email
• Process customer orders, confirm delivery dates, coordinate changes, and respond to expedite requests for external customers.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations and Engineering teams to discuss product information, sales goals, and inter-departmental coordination efforts
• Manage and coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Singapore
• Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports containing relevant information on customers, territories, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives
• Manage and maintain a database of customer records and customer pricing
• Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts
• Prepare and track sales quotations and maintain the sales pipeline spreadsheet
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to assist with product pricing and positioning strategies
• Manage customer service activities by processing orders, forms, applications, and samples requests
• Participate in special projects, tradeshows and perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business and/or Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of inside sales, marketing support or customer service experience
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and with cross functional teams
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task within a deadline driven environment
• Attention to detail a dedication to accuracy and producing high-quality work
• Customer relationship skills with the ability to convey feedback internally
• Analytical skills to generate sales reports, update forecasts and maintain customer records
• Computer literacy with advanced level experience using Microsoft Office Excel
