About the job Manager / Assistant Manager

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Conduct research on the overall gambling landscape, operators and customers through market research, data analytics, and processing of information shared and collected
  • Identify and forecast trends, provide insights and recommendations for development of gaming strategy, and conduct market impact analysis
  • Execute and manage market research processes including hypothesis development, design of research methods and analysis, strategic analysis and action planning
  • Foster effective partnerships with key stakeholders, external vendors, research agencies and consultants to meet the Groups desired outcomes
  • Maintain a database of research data as a source of accurate and up-to-date information for market studies
  • Manage ad hoc Group-related projects, including serving as key personnel within the project management office(s) set up

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experience. Relevant experience in the area of market research, statistical analysis and modelling would be an advantage
  • Possess strong analytical acumen, logic building and problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent written, communication, presentation abilities and report making techniques
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders effectively to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Facility with numbers, data and information
  • Good ability to do independent research, make sense of different opinions and views, and distil into useful key insights and recommendations
  • Detailed, well-organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time, prioritizing required actions accordingly to meet required deadlines.
