Essential Job Functions
- Consult with HR manager to determine HRIS needs.
- Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management by performing audits on processes.
- Analyze HRIS performance metrics and resolve application issues.
- Document processes, identify HR concerns, and compile data analysis reports.
- Perform application upgrades, as well as and provide training and technical support.
- Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests.
- Collects, analyzes, updates, and distributes all HR records as needed including but not limited to position descriptions, evaluation documents, job postings, and governmental forms.
- Manages processes related to unemployment compensation, Worker's Compensation, disability and FMLA.
- Assists with employee incentives, orientation, and investigations as needed.
- Maintains an understanding of BCRTA policies and procedures.
- Collects, analyzes, updates, and distributes all HR records as needed including but not limited to position descriptions, evaluation documents, job postings, and governmental forms.
- Attends outside training as needed.
- Assists with hiring events, community involvement events and any other business organization that is associated with BCRTA as needed.
- Communicates effectively with BCRTA personnel and contract partners to ensure efficient personnel functions and distribute required information.
- Prioritizes communications and responses to provide superior customer service.
- Creates efficient processes for tracking monthly HR statistics, compliance with EEOC, accident file audits, new hire onboarding, and the drug and alcohol program compliance.
- Assists management with special projects.
- Maintain composure and acts thoughtfully under pressure.
- Promotes a positive public image of BCRTA and exceeds customer expectations.

Job Qualification Requirements:

- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.
Experience
5 or more years of progressive experience in Human Resources experience with developing standard work.
Education
7 years of experience and an associate degree or 5 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or similar.
Ability to obtain HR certification within 18 months of start date.
Licenses/Certifications
PHR, HRCI, or SHRM certification preferred.
