Customer Service Specialist: Must speak Mandarin


We are working with a global asset management company who are looking to hire a number of Customer Service Specialist for their Sydney office.


On a daily basis, you will be speaking to high net worth individuals and resolve their queries to the highest standard.

 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms


Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin 

 Salary Package:

AU$ 60,000.00 - 60,000.00 (Australian Dollar)
