Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) domain and Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, overseeing implementation, and maintaining CRM solutions that align with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and a passion for driving successful CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

· Design end-to-end CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

· Develop architecture blueprints and detailed documentation to guide implementation teams.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.

· - Evaluate and recommend integration strategies with other enterprise systems.

Implementation and Customization

· Guide the configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs.

· Oversee the development of custom plugins, workflows, and scripts to extend CRM functionality.

· Ensure seamless data migration and integration between Dynamics 365 and other systems.

· Provide technical leadership during the implementation phase, ensuring best practices are followed.

Stakeholder Collaboration

· Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver comprehensive CRM solutions.

· Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

· Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to maximize CRM adoption and usage.

Continuous Improvement

· Monitor the performance of deployed CRM solutions, identifying areas for improvement.

· Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365, advocating for beneficial enhancements.

· Implement processes for regular system audits, maintenance, and upgrades.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM solution architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

· Proven track record of successfully delivering complex CRM projects from inception to completion.

Technical Skills

· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).

· Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

· Strong understanding of integration technologies (APIs, web services, ETL).

· Experience with Azure services and cloud architecture.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications

· Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert is an advantage
