Job Mandate

Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and governance processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Define technical work items and dependencies for CRM features and functionalities.
  • Align with the Project Manager on business outcomes, delivery timelines, and scope changes.
  • Maintain and update build plans in accordance with project milestones and governance processes.

Technical Leadership

  • Review infrastructure, security, and solution designs for scalability and compliance.
  • Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements, test plans, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
  • Lead resolution of technical issues during SIT and UAT phases.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security standards.
  • Provide technical mentoring to developers and junior team members.
  • Manage and optimize DevOps pipelines, including CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment workflows.

Team & Vendor Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver technical components on time and within budget.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and manage vendor performance to ensure technical deliverables are met.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and escalate issues when necessary.

Support & Knowledge Sharing

  • Provide user support during the Hypercare period and ensure smooth transition to Application Support.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to client's knowledge base and best practices.
  • Train and onboard new Technical Leads on project delivery processes.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Education

BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Master's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge / Experience

  • Experience in configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Proficiency in Azure, Office 365, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server.
  • Experience with Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI.
  • Experience with SharePoint integration.
  • Strong background in system architecture, development, and integration.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with containerization and infrastructure-as-code tools.
