- Product Team Practices Improvement
- Enhance BA practices by pinpointing process pain points, evaluating solutions, and improving stakeholder alignment to enable value-driven decisions.
- Introduce user-centric practices that strengthen engagement and promote the adoption of product enhancements, ensuring solutions align with user needs and deliver measurable value.
2.Business Analysis and Design
- Facilitate requirement elicitation workshops to capture business needs for digital solutions and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives and adoption of innovative technologies.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to define and optimize business processes
- Develop and present solution options to stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive requirements documentation for the project and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure the team fully understands the solution design and implementation approach
- Provide guidance on preparing comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and scripts to ensure thorough validation of system functionality and alignment with business requirements
- Coordinate with the testing team and support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business requirements and facilitates successful adoption.
- Monitor and manage the resolution of defects and issues throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely fixes, maintain system stability, and support successful deployment
- Collaborate with vendors to refine requirements, review solution designs, ensure quality assurance, and resolve issues promptly to maintain project timelines and deliverables
- Define source-to-target data mapping, ensuring accurate transformation and integration of data between systems
- Define data transformation logic in accordance with established business rules to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable integration of data across systems.
3. User Experience and User-Centric Design:
- Apply user-centric design principles across all deliverables to ensure intuitive usability, accessibility, and alignment with user needs, fostering higher engagement and adoption.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively visualize user journeys, business process flows, and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with user-centric design principles and digital transformation objectives.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure business requirements are translated into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly solutions that deliver an optimal user experience
- 4. Tools/Software:
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies—including Dynamics 365, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate—and other emerging digital solutions is considered an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications—including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Visio—as well as design tools such as Figma
