About the job Technical Lead
Technical Leadership & Strategy
Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert (SME) for our Customer-facing Websites and their related components.
Define and drive the technical roadmap and architecture, aligning with business goals and industry best practices.
Provide guidance on the design and implementation of new features, integrations, and application updates, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements like security, performance, and scalability.
Lead and participate in technical deep-dives, architectural reviews, and complex troubleshooting to resolve critical issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA). Project & Delivery Management
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical outcomes.
Enforce adherence to IT SDLC and Governance structure.
Ensure the implementation of IT standards and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as the primary technical liaison within internal and external partners
Communicate complex technical concepts and project updates clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and business leaders.
Coordinate with the Contracts and Vendor Manager
