Non-Negotiable Skills

- 8-10 years end to end Project Management experience in web/mobile application development, preferably in financial services.

- Ability to manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, closing.

- Experience handling projects of varying complexities (low to high).

- Experience with Web and Mobile Application / Website Build projects.

- Knowledge and hands-on experience with SDLC based project management.

- Ability to lead and coordinate cross functional teams (Business, Tech, Ops, Legal, Procurement, etc.).

- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) and ability to influence/engage senior stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills related to IT issues.

- Experience preparing project charters, business cases, work plans, and comprehensive documentation.

- Experience in risk, issue, and change management governance.

- Budgeting, cost management, and forecasting expertise.

- Vendor management skills (sourcing, negotiating, managing external partners).

- Ensuring compliance with IT standards, policies, and financial regulatory bodies (e.g., BSP, AMLA).

- Personal attributes: assertive, decisive, resourceful, able to work with minimal supervision.

Negotiable Skills:

- Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

- Agile/SCRUM/ITIL certifications or training.

- Good to have tokenization or digital payments/banking apps background or knowledge

- Knowledge of UI/UX, data asset management, analytics, SEO, and CMS platforms (especially Adobe Experience Manager).

- Additional exposure to creating offers, contracts, time schedules, and cost calculations.

- Experience in CSAT surveys, post mortem reviews, and internal process improvements.

MAIN FUNCTION:

  • Manages delivery of Projects and overall manage the following:
  • End-to-end project management and ownership of the entire Project Management Lifecycle and its process from beginning to end
  • Project Manager Services include the management of project timelines, on-time delivery of project activities, project work plan, management of projects technical issues and risks, submission of regular (weekly/periodic) reports and updates, and submission of project documentation.
  • Below are the high-level service deliverables:
    • Ensuring Project Completion
    • Ensuring Project Team Compliance
    • Overseeing Project Timeline, Budget, Scope
    • Ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned in terms of responsibilities and schedule
    • Performing Project Management based on Enterprise Project Management office standards

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Form, lead and coordinate project teams (cross-functional: Business, Technical, Operations, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
  • Manage all activities in the project lifecycle (initiation; planning; execution; monitoring and controlling; and closing) across one or more lines of business
  • Consult with business partners and all stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work
  • Prepare project charter, business case and obtain approval for funding
  • Identify and monitor work plan and all tasks needed to achieve project goal
  • Implement control and reporting structures for project monitoring regarding risk and change management based on defined governance methods and standard processes (e.g. risks and issues mitigation and assumptions clearances)
  • Conducts post-mortem and project closure reviews, CSAT surveys and project teams performance appraisals
  • Create and deliver presentation to top management on project goals and plans, including progress reports
  • Oversee sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors
  • Ensure compliance of infrastructure and applications with IT standards, policies and guidelines, as well as other financial governing bodies (e.g. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, AMLA Council, etc.)
  • Define and monitor all project key constraints
  • Conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers and customers on a regular basis
  • Develop and implement project communication plans
  • Contribute to the creation of offers, contracts and time schedules as well as to the cost calculation
  • Create, review and implement changes on internal innovation/ project management processes in alignment with the enterprises policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
  • Maintain a harmonious working relationship with all project team members, partners and stakeholders
