Job Mandate
Primary responsible for managing the delivery of Projects:
End-to-end project management and ownership of the Project Management Lifecycle and its process from the beginning to end
Management of project timelines, on-time delivery of project activities, project work plan, management of projects technical issues and risks, submission of regular (weekly/periodic) reports and updates, and project documentation.
Below are the high-level service deliverables:

Oversee Project Timeline, Budget and Scope
Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned in terms of responsibilities and schedule
Perform Project Management based on Enterprise Project Management office standards
Duties and Responsibilities
Form, lead and coordinate project teams (cross-functional: Business, Technical, Operations, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
Manage all activities in the project lifecycle (initiation; planning; execution; monitoring and controlling; and closing) across one or more lines of business
Consult with business partners and all stakeholders to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work
Prepare project charter, business case and obtain approval for funding
Identify and monitor work plan and all tasks needed to achieve project goal
Implement control and reporting structures for project monitoring regarding risk and change management based on defined governance methods and standard processes (e.g. risks and issues mitigation and assumptions clearances)
Conducts post-mortem and project closure reviews, CSAT surveys and project team's performance appraisals
Create and deliver presentation to top management on project goals and plans, including progress reports
Oversee sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors
Ensure compliance of infrastructure and applications with IT standards, policies and guidelines, as well as other financial governing bodies (e.g. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, AMLA Council, etc.)
Define and monitor all project key constraints
Conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers and customers on a regular basis
Develop and implement project communication plans
Contribute to the creation of offers, contracts and time schedules as well as to the cost calculation
Job Description
Create, review and implement changes on internal innovation/ project management processes in alignment with the enterprises policies and procedures
Develop and implement project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
Maintain a harmonious working relationship with all project team members, partners and stakeholders
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Work Experience
At least 8-10 years of solid background in end to end Project Management experience
Manages all types of projects ranging from low-level to high-level complexities
Demonstrates strong understanding of business and systems in a line of business
Ability to influence and negotiate with senior management and lead project teams
Bachelor's Degree
Above average communication skills
Technical Skills
Advanced knowledge of project management practices and concepts; PMP or Prince 2 Certification is preferred but not required
Agile/SCRUM/ITIL trained/certified is preferred but not required
Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities (IT-related concepts, problems and issues)
Expert knowledge Cost Management, Budgeting and Forecasting; creating business case, contracts
Can manage multi task assignments
