About the Role

The organizations Information Technology Operations (ITOP) division will be implementing a large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiative focused on delivering an advanced procurement and supplier management system.
This new solution will serve as a unified platform for source-to-pay, spend management, supplier engagement, and procurement operations, enabling end-to-end management of consulting services, goods, and non-consulting services, with enhanced support for externally administered procurement activities.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

The Product Solutions Engineer will be responsible for configuring, engineering, and developing the data architecture of a multi-component, integrated supply chain system.
The role involves designing scalable and sustainable technical and functional solutions aligned with business and technical requirements, providing expert guidance on process engineering, architecture, data modeling, and system integration best practices.
The Product Solutions Engineer will also support users post-implementation through technical troubleshooting, cross-team coordination, and system performance maintenance.

Detailed Tasks and Expected Output

  1. Define end-to-end solution architecture for the procurement system.

  2. Ensure alignment between business requirements and platform capabilities.

  3. Provide technical and functional guidance to implementation teams.

  4. Define data models, workflows, and integration architecture.

  5. Develop and maintain custom workflows, scripts, and integrations in Ivalua.

  6. Work on API integrations with external systems (ERP, finance, etc.).

  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  8. Support data migrations and interface development.

  9. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

  10. Configure and customize supply chain system modules (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, etc.).

  11. Support end-to-end implementation and deployment.

  12. Conduct workshops, UAT sessions, and user training.

  13. Provide postgo-live support and issue resolution.

  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation.

Requirements and Qualifications (Education & Work Experience)

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, MathematicsFinance.

  • 5-10 years of professional experience implementing supply chain or ERP systems, ideally with AI-driven capabilities.
  • 3-5 years of experience in engineering and product development, including managing product releases.

  • In-depth knowledge of procurement system modules and customization features.

  • Strong background in procurement and supply chain processes.

  • Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.

  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

  • Experience working in DevOps and Agile environments.

  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Proficiency in programming and system configuration.

  • Experience with Application Release Automation tools such as ElectricFlow, Puppet Enterprise, Buildmaster, or Visual Studio Release Management.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban.

  • Strong understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Reporting and Coordination

  • The Product Solutions Engineer will take direction from the Project Manager and work closely with internal teams, project stakeholders, and external partners.

  • The role may include other tasks as assigned by the project team or supervisor.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid setup, requiring onsite presence three times a week or as needed by the project.

  • Work schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Manila Time).
