Platform Development Officer

Scope of Work

The Platform Development Officer will assist the Platform Development Head/Team Lead in monitoring the development and testing of new services, features, and enhancements for the banks digital platforms. Responsibilities include:

Requirements gathering and documentation

Project implementation and monitoring

User training and support

Business-as-usual (BAU) system support

Participation in UAT and quality assurance activities

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any 4-year course
Minimum 1 year experience in financial services, banking, or IT
Familiarity with digital banking platforms and project management
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
