BASIC FUNCTION:

Systems Analyst is responsible for understanding the Business Requirements and develop Functional Specification that is aligned with Solutions Architecture.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Technical resources in MSFT D365 Customer Service (that specific tool and not general CRM or D365) to support the tech lead and accomplish technical tasks for the release (system mapping, integration review, code review, deployment support, defect resolution, code debugging etc.)
  • Develop functional requirement based on business requirements
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the business process, business organization and the expected business outcome
  • Identify any gaps in the business requirements and coordinates with other Business and IT units as needed when gathering information to resolve these gaps
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop reasonable working alternatives
  • Support the product evaluation during the service definition phase
  • Prepares and document technical software design specifications document
  • Conducts demo of proposed or delivered solution to Project Stakeholders
  • Assists in developing Test Cases, Test Plan and Test Data
  • Reviews and prepares all required documentations needed to deploy solutions to production
  • environment

JOB SPECIFICATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education
    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related/relevant fields. 
  • Technical Knowledge / Experience
    • 3-5 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis
    • Working experience in implementing systems / applications with several integration points
    • Ability to assess business requirements and translates them into relevant solutions
    • Ability to write Technical and Functional Specifications and other relevant Design documents (e.g. Data Mapping Diagram, Sequence
    • Diagram, Process Diagram, etc.)
    • Ability to develop test cases and test outcome to ensure the solution meets the business expectation
    • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Keen attention to details
    • Experience and knowledge on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and
    • Azure Services or similar technologies is an advantage
