About the Role:
This role is for the implementation of the Integrity Risk Intelligence System (IRIS) Phase 1. The Senior IT Product Delivery Manager (PDM) reports to the Product Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day product delivery management of the assigned initiative. The PDM ensures delivery within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline, including monitoring overall progress and status. The role also supports adoption and change, procurement, and vendor management in close collaboration with the Product Manager.
(Note: The Product Manager is primarily accountable for managing stakeholder relationships, strategic planning, and setting the direction of the product.)
The PDM ensures alignment with established IT frameworks, guidelines, and strategic objectives while fostering strong collaboration across business users, vendors, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
Scope of Work / Responsibilities
1. Product Delivery and Governance

Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned product scope, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget, and quality targets.

Prepare and update the product delivery workplan in consultation with stakeholders, accounting for dependencies. Monitor progress and escalate deviations when needed.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, product delivery guidelines, and financial control procedures.

Actively manage and maintain the RAID log, including preventive and corrective actions and Change Requests.

Oversee the preparation of key deliverables, including:

Fortnightly Product Delivery Status Reports
-
Monthly budget disbursement forecasts

Presentation materials and meeting minutes for governance sessions

Artifacts for health checks, attestations, and audit exercises

Ensure systematic documentation and record maintenance on the designated collaboration site.
2. Vendor Management
-
Support the Product Manager in managing vendor relationships and ensuring contractual obligations, deliverables, and service levels are met.

Oversee vendor performance reviews against agreed KPIs and SLAs.

Facilitate resolution of vendor-related risks, escalations, and disputes.

Coordinate with Procurement and Legal teams on vendor engagement, contract negotiations, and policy compliance.
3. Business Engagement

Engage business users to validate requirements, manage expectations, and ensure business readiness.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align deliverables with business goals.

Support change management and adoption initiatives.
4. Quality Assurance

Ensure product outputs meet required quality, security, and compliance standards.

Oversee testing strategy, planning, and defect management, ensuring stakeholder signoffs.

Conduct periodic health checks and reviews to identify gaps and initiate corrective actions.

Ensure product deliverables align with enterprise architecture and IT standards.
5. Resource and Personnel Management

Oversee resource allocation, onboarding, and performance of team members, contractors, and vendors.

Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to foster collaboration and high performance.

Identify skill or resource gaps and address staffing needs with the Product Manager.

Ensure effective knowledge transfer within the team and to operations support staff post-delivery.
6. Risk and Financial Management

Monitor financials and ensure effective budget utilization and accurate forecasting.

Manage risks and dependencies to minimize disruptions and maintain control over delivery outcomes.

Collaborate with the Product Manager to adjust schedules, budgets, or scope as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
-
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

Minimum of 8 years project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex IT software projects

Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or hybrid) in enterprise IT environments
Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of program and project management practices, methodologies, and tools

Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, budget control, and resource management
-
Solid understanding of application development lifecycles, database and system design, and testing methodologies
-
Awareness of change management and adoption strategies as key enablers of IT project success
-
Knowledge of business benefit realization and tracking for IT projects is preferred

Familiarity with integrity risk management or due diligence databases (e.g., World-Check, LexisNexis, Dow Jones Risk & Compliance) is an advantage
Certifications

Required: MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or CITPM

Preferred: PMI-ACP, PSM/CSM, DA, SAFe, or ITIL-related certifications
Reporting and Coordination

The Product Delivery Manager reports to the IRIS Phase 1 Product Manager and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.

The PDM may provide additional services as required by the Product Manager or user unit.
Work Arrangement
-
Hybrid setup: on-site reporting three times per week (subject to change based on unit requirements).
-
Work hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, Manila time.
