Senior ETL Developer / System Analyst (Consultant)

We are looking for a Senior ETL Developer / System Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical data solutions. The role focuses on data analysis, ETL development, and data integration, ensuring reliable, high-quality data pipelines for reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements into technical specifications and data mappings.

• Perform data profiling, analysis, and validation to ensure data quality and compliance with business rules.

• Design and develop ETL processes using SSIS and T-SQL, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot ETL job failures and data issues in production.

• Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or Excel.

• Provide production support and resolve data-related incidents for critical systems.

• Document data flows, architectures, and technical designs throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 10+ years experience (Senior SA) or 5+ years experience (Senior ETL Developer) in ETL development and data analysis.

• Strong expertise in T-SQL, SSIS, and data warehousing concepts.

• Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or Excel.

• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
