About the Role:
The Multimedia Designer will create high-quality visual and multimedia content to support ITD's communication, change management, and digital capability building initiatives, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Ensure knowledge transfer and capability building within ITD by documenting processes, creating templates, and establishing best practices for communication activities.
This Multimedia Designer will enhance ITD's branding through professional and consistent visual identity, engaging content, and effective learning experiences that demonstrate the department's commitment to excellence.).
Scope of Work and Responsibilities
Specific tasks and service requirements required on a daily basis.
- Framework for visual identity and standards
- Promotional and informational videos and graphics (subject matter expert videos, interviews, banners, posters, stickers, illustrations, icons, and other marketing collaterals)
- Templates for recurring visual communications
- Progress reports
- Other related key deliverables that may be defined as output.
Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

Educational background and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or any design-related course.
- At least five (5) years of experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Videographer
- Extensive experience in producing graphics and videos from conceptualization and planning to editing and final assembly
- Proficient in using creative design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products
- Experience working with technology-oriented briefs is a major advantage
Videography and Graphic Design Services:
- Translate client inputs into visually impactful communications deliverables.
- Conceptualize, develop, and refine graphics and videos for change and outreach initiatives of the department.
- Manage the end-to-end production of graphics and videos, activities for which include but are not limited to:
- outlining and proposing the tasks and activities required to create each product; creating the production plan; overseeing its timeline;
- assisting with the development of the wireframe, script, and/or storyboard;
- producing, editing, and assembling the final output, including managing shoot schedules and leading the video capture of subject matter experts; and ensuring the products alignment with the brief and monitoring its technical quality throughout the production cycle;
- conduct thorough reviews to ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to quality standards. Test video playback across devices and formats to ensure compatibility and accessibility.

Work Arrangement
- Work arrangement discussion and an opportunity for the candidate to ask questions
- Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite at least once a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.
- Work Schedule is from 8:00AM 5:00PM Manila Time.
