About the job Security Project Manager

Key Responsibilities, Deliverables (What will the Talent do?)

Documentation & Reporting
o Own the creation and maintenance of key project documentation: project charters, risk assessments, vendor evaluations, meeting notes, and status reports.
o Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with internal standards and audit requirements.
o Prepare executive summaries and dashboards for leadership visibility.
Business Analysis
o Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for security-related initiatives.
o Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify needs, define scope, and identify dependencies.

Translate complex requirements into structured documentation such as process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Project Coordination (Support Role)
o Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple teams.
o Support scheduling, meeting facilitation, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and progress.
o Help prepare materials for project reviews and stakeholder updates.
Vendor & Compliance Support
o Maintain documentation related to third-party vendors, including contracts, compliance checklists, and performance reviews.
o Support periodic vendor assessments and ensure alignment with security and procurement standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with product, engineering, legal, and procurement teams to ensure security requirements are integrated early in the development lifecycle.
o Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Security Awareness & Enablement
o Contribute to the development of security awareness materials and training documentation.
o Track training initiatives and support feedback collection and reporting.

Technical Competencies (What skills should the Talent possess?)

Areas of Specialization/Technical Skills
Skills and years of experience for each, include good to have and non-negotiable items.
3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Banking, Telco, Fintech, or Software Development.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience in vendor management and contract coordination.
Exposure to Information Security domains and project implementation.

Qualifications (Who are we looking for?)
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Agile and Scrum, CX, and Product Development in Banking, Telco, Software, Consulting or Fintech.
Demonstrate in-depth technical understanding, especially security domains which allows you to quickly make assessments and to have effective discussions with Proficient in technical and functional writing with strong presentation and public speaking skills
Agile or Scrum Certification are an advantage, experience in agile software development and Scrum methodologies
Experience in management and implementation of projects
