About the Role:
The Workshop Designer and Facilitator will be responsible for end-to-end design, development and delivery of impactful Digital Capability Workshops, from conceptual design to post-event review. The role will involve creating engaging learning experiences that resonate with staff across different departments and levels, facilitating active participation, and ensuring workshop outcomes support long-term behavioral change and skill adoption.
The incumbent will work closely with the ITD Digital Capability Team to ensure alignment with overall digital transformation direction, tools, and systems. This includes contributing to workshop strategies that drive not only learning but also real-world application and adoption.
Scope of Work and Responsibilities
Specific tasks and service requirements required on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the Digital Capability Team to define workshop objectives, target audience, and expected outcomes.
- Design workshop format, flow, and session materials including presentations, handouts, activities, and digital tools.
- Assist in preparing the event agenda and all necessary workshop materials.
- Lead and facilitate workshop sessions, ensuring high participant engagement and alignment with objectives.
- Manage event schedule and transitions between sessions.
- Facilitate interactive discussions and Q&A sessions to encourage learning and feedback.
- Address issues or disruptions during the event.
- Conduct post-event debriefing with the Digital Capability Team.
- Gather and summarize participant feedback.
- Provide recommendations for future workshop improvements.
- Prepare a post-event summary report outlining key outcomes and actionable insights.
Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

Educational background and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Education, Organizational Development, Communication, Digital Innovation, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in workshop design, learning facilitation, or digital skills development.
- Minimum 3 years of specific experience in digital capability or transformation contexts.
- Experience working with international or development organizations is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and behavior change techniques.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in workshop design and facilitation.
- Strong understanding of learning principles and behavior change techniques.
- Experience with digital collaboration and engagement tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, Miro, Mural, Mentimeter).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including adaptability during live sessions.
- Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, or organizational context is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated financial environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to adapt live sessions as needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Work Arrangement
- Work arrangement discussion and an opportunity for the candidate to ask questions
- Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite at least once a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.
- Work Schedule is from 8:00AM 5:00PM Manila Time.
