Main Accountabilities

Stakeholder Management
Represent the Information Systems Group (ISG) within business groups by maintaining a high degree of visibility.
Attend meetings and management forums, providing a central point of information for all related technology activities.
Promote collaboration between all divisions impacted by the project.

Project Management
Assume full responsibility for the end-to-end phases of the project: Initiation, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Stabilization.
Develop and maintain the project schedule, including estimated cost and forecasted timeline, and cascade to all stakeholders.
Manage project-level risks and issues.
Handle scope changes to avoid scope creep.
Prepare management reports for senior management.
Manage budget, expenses, and manpower costs from estimation to project closure.
Communicate project objectives and define roles and responsibilities clearly within the team.
Define the escalation process across ISG, business, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with all company policies.
Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
Measure project performance and conduct root cause analysis for recurring or high-impact issues, unmet metrics, and identified defects.
Ensure proper transition of trainings, project documents, manuals, and guidelines to the application support group before project closure.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Vendor Management
Facilitate sourcing of solutions and service providers to address business requirements.
Negotiate with solution and service providers for product and service contracts aligned with company policies and standards.
Manage relationships with solution and service providers.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or related courses.

Experience
Minimum of 10 years in project management and delivery
At least 10 years in the IT industry
Preferably with experience in a financial or large enterprise environment
