D365 Systems Analyst

For SA:

Job Mandate

Systems Analyst is responsible for understanding the Business Requirements and develop Functional Specification that is aligned with the Architecture.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Translate how requirements will be built in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the system / application built on it

• Create integration design document and solution design document

• Support data mapping

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and develop reasonable working alternatives

• Work with developers to resolve defects arising from system testing and user acceptance testing

• Conduct demo of proposed or delivered solution to Project Stakeholders

• Assist in developing Test Cases, Test Plan and Test Data

• Review and prepare required documentations needed to deploy solutions to production environment

Qualification Requirements

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related/relevant fields

Technical Knowledge / Experience

• Working experience in implementing systems / applications with several integration points

• Ability to assess business requirements and translates them into relevant solutions

• Ability to write Technical and Functional Specifications and other relevant Design documents (e.g. Data Mapping Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Process Diagram)

• Ability to develop test cases and test outcome to ensure the solution meets business expectation

• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Keen attention to details

• Experience and knowledge on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure Services or similar technologies

For Dev:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Mapping user requirements for effective Dynamics 365 technology solutions

• Developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, reports, plugins, and reports

• Develops application code according to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies, and standards

• Develops configuration/scripts according to the agreed functional and technical design for package deployment

• Integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture

• Conducts unit testing and SIT for new software/application

• Develops system & operational documentation and user guides

• Reports progress and issues in a timely manner to the delivery manager

• Prepares package, configuration files, deployment scripts, and installation guides for all environments

• Supports production when necessary

• Tech Knowledge / Experience

• Hands-on experience in D365 Development

• Proficiency in D365 Sales and Marketing Modules

• Proficiency in SOAP/XML, REST, C#, JavaScript

• Experience in DevOps practices and tools

• Experience in Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages

• Experience with Azure Services: Service Bus, Function Apps, AppInsights

• Dynamics D365 Developer Associate

• Power Platform Developer Associate

• Azure Developer Associate
• DevOps or Agile Certifications are a plus
