Systems Analyst

Non-Negotiable Skills:

- 8-10 years of experience driving business requirements in a financial services organization.
- Involved in at least 3 end‑to‑end projects (requirements to deployment).
- Strong experience using systems analysis and testing tools.
- Experience in defect management.
- Ability to develop and articulate functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Ability to write process flows, epics, and user stories.
- Ability to translate requirements into testable requirements and create test cases and test outcomes.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and all phases of testing (UT, SIT, UAT, non‑functional testing).
- Ability to identify, track, manage bugs/defects, and recommend appropriate fixes.
- Strong analytical and IT‑related problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to communicate business needs effectively to technology teams.
- Ability to execute/facilitate SIT, UAT, and non‑functional testing.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.

Negotiable Skills:

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience in implementing ACS 3DS, or any banking Systems
- Agile/Scrum/ITIL certifications.
- Broader knowledge of enterprise and cloud tech development/deployment.
- System development background that supports collaboration with Solutions Architects and Platform Owners.
- Ability to train new delivery managers on delivery processes.
- Ability to contribute to internal best practices, knowledge base, and process improvements.

Roles and Responsibility

• Understand the product features and out-of-box requirements and map the functional requirements
• Ensure the operational support process are aligned with the business objectives and stated business requirements
• Conduct fit-gap analysis on products and develop reasonable working alternatives
• Support the product evaluation during the service definition phase
• Develop a deeper understanding of the business process, business organization and the expected business outcome
• Communicate business needs to the technology teams
• Assist in conducting functional testing
