About the Role
The Lead IT Adoption Manager is responsible for driving organizational readiness and adoption of digital transformation initiatives. The role leads the planning and execution of adoption and change management strategies—including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement—to ensure smooth transition to new systems, processes, and ways of working.
The Lead IT Adoption Manager collaborates closely with product owners, business leaders, and project teams, while mentoring adoption managers and learning specialists to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Adoption & Change Management

Develop and implement adoption and change management strategies aligned with organizational frameworks.

Assess change impacts on business processes, systems, and roles, and prepare readiness and impact analyses.

Develop and execute adoption plans covering communication, training, coaching, and adoption measurement.

Identify and address resistance to change while promoting positive adoption across stakeholder groups.
Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with product owners, business leaders, and project teams to integrate change management into project plans.

Support sponsors, managers, and departmental champions in fulfilling their roles as change agents.

Establish and manage networks of change agents, sponsors, and champions to drive adoption.
Leadership & Delivery

Lead the implementation of adoption and change management initiatives across multiple IT programs.

Mentor and guide adoption managers and learning specialists.

Monitor adoption progress, manage risks, and report on change management outcomes.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality delivery of adoption activities.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.

7+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in IT adoption or change management.

Proven experience leading organization-wide adoption or change initiatives for technology programs.

Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
Preferred

Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) or related postgraduate qualification.
Work Arrangement
-
Hybrid work setup, with onsite work several days per week.

Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Manila Time).
