UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

UI BAU Design Work

• Create and recommend design options for new requirements
• Enhance existing designs based on new/ revised requirements
• Revise designs based on stakeholder inputs
• Finalize designs for handover to implementation/ development
• Create prototype for complex designs and/ or for usability testing
• Participate in grooming, technical discovery and design walkthrough sessions
  as needed
• Coordinate and follow through with dev/ implementation/ testing team for
  related testing work and UI clarifications
• Coordinate and follow through with UAT and implementation team for closure
  of UI-related open UAT tickets, including testing/ retesting as necessary
• Conduct production audit post-release to ensure fidelity to designs
• Create/ update design system

UI Ad Hoc Design Work

• Discovery, Product and UI Design as may be needed for one-off needs/
  projects

Project/ Team Cadences

• UX/ Design DSM
• Internal Grooming, Discovery Sessions, Walkthrough Sessions
• Progress Reporting/ Status Updates

Usability Testing

• Participation as design resource to support usability testing work

Tools

• Designer must have at least one main device and an extended/ secondary screen
  for design work.
• Designer should have Figma license for editing designs
