Key duties include identifying system issues, developing specifications for developers, implementing and testing new systems, troubleshooting technical problems, and training end-users.
Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring IT solutions align with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze Current Systems:
Evaluate existing IT infrastructure, software, and workflows for inefficiencies or issues.
Gather Requirements: Work with business units and stakeholders to determine system needs and specifications.
Design Solutions: Develop proposals for applications/systems fix and enhancement.
Coordinate Development: Collaborate with developers, application support, and IT teams to implement solutions.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Work closely with Quality Assurance Team on test plans execution to ensure systems meet functional and performance requirements.
Documentation: Prepare technical documentation (Functional Requirement Specification).
Monitor Performance: Track system efficiency post-implementation and recommend improvements.
