About the job Technical Lead
- Work with the Solutions Architect and other subject matter experts to design the Technical Implementation Plan of complex applications or solutions, ensuring they meet business needs, are scalable, secure, maintainable and are delivered within planned timelines and budgets.
- Lead the development team in the end-to-end delivery of the technical solution.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the delivery of the applications/solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of concerned applications with other systems.
- Maintain high-quality documentation for the technical specifications of the application/solution.
- Work on the releases and ensure that they are aligned with the product roadmap.
- Work with the app support team to address system issues.
