About the job Systems Analyst L2/ Process SME
Manages the overall Platforms channel onboarding activities
Performs Non- Technical roadshow to potential platform consumers
Develops project templates, providing onboarding training to the team members on project processes, tracking project progress and ensuring adherence to established guidelines
Collaborates with various teams, including BU and vendors, to gather necessary details for project success.
Tracks and manages the document repository pertaining to onboarding requirements and ensure the compliance to SDLC documents and processes
Creates documents for Implementation Guidelines, Policies, and Standards for CCM Platform
Assists in prioritization of projects as part of the IT planning/ demand planning cycle for CCM projects
Monitors and accomplish requirements for projects as per SDLC and Governance process and ensuring all deliverables are achieved and documented until project closure
Track and reports project implementation progress and budgets to stakeholders per the agreed frequency
Contributes in establishing continuous improvement culture to minimizing tickets escalated to the platform
Responsible in cascading the relevant information to the team and stakeholders regarding projects onboarding, guidelines, policies and vendor engagement updates
Supports Business Management procedures to ensure accuracy in financial tracking and monitoring of payments and billing reports
Assists in any administrative request related to CCM platform enablement and other project deliverables according to timeline and work plan
Manages SharePoint Site, ensuring it is maintained with essential information as guidelines and serves as a valuable reference to the team and stakeholders
Supports the Contract SME group in addressing contract-related concerns initially managed by the team
Manages the contract currently within the teams responsibility which includes legal documents
Provides necessary training to new Process SMEs on project delivery processes
Collaborates with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects
Translates business requirements into technical specifications, system designs, and solution architectures.
Works closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business objectives and technical requirements.
Facilitates communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
Provides subject matter expertise and guidance to support the implementation and testing
Ensures the compliance to SDLC documents/ JIRA and processes in creating business requirements/user stories
