About the job D365 Developer
- Mapping user requirements for effective Dynamics 365 technology solutions
- Developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, reports, plugins, and reports
- Develops application code according to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies and standards
- Develops configuration/scripts according to the agreed functional design, technical design, methodologies and standards for package deployment
- Integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture
- Conducts unit test and SIT for new software/application
- Develops system & operational documentation and user guides
- Reports progress and issues in a timely manner to delivery manager
- Prepares package, configuration files, deployment scripts and installation guide for all environments
- Support production when necessary
